The Tuscan with Yarra Roots
Harvested by hand, open fermented then matured for 16 months in the finest seasoned French oak barriques delivering aromas of cherry and raspberry with a pleasant warming alcoholic mouthfeel. Palate has a hint of liquorice and textured natural grape tannins extending the wines’ length. The softened acidity makes this a perfect food wine for a great array of dishes, from chili & garlic prawns to traditional Italian dishes.

Vinification: Small batch fermentation, grapes from our old sangiovese vineyard block
