Deep red colour with a nose of blueberry and cedar. The palate is savoury with classic Cabernet flavours. Very well balanced wine with long dry finish; a delight for Cabernet fans.
Cellar: up to 8 years
Vinification: after fermentation, wine spent 60 days on skin, then 3 years maturation in seasoned French oak
