BOOKING INFORMATION

We want to ensure that your stay at the Vineyard House is enjoyable and safe. We have taken great care in renovating and furnishing the house for our house guests. Our Terms & Conditions are applicable for your overnight stay.

STANDARD STAYS

• 2 nights minimum on weekdays and weekends
• 3 nights minimum on long weekends

PRICING

The Vineyard House accommodation at Sedona Estate offers an exclusive stay for 1 – 2 couples. The introductory base rate is $400.00 per night for 1 – 4 adults. The Queen room is locked if the booking is for 2 guests. For any booking for 3 – 4 guests or by request for 2 guests requiring separate bedrooms, the Queen Room will be accessible. Prices are in Australian Dollars and GST inclusive.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is 11am. The Vineyard House has a serviced check-in at the cellar door until 7pm unless other arrangements are made. If you are staying for the first time at the Vineyard House, a personal check-in is required.

• Second bedroom with Queen bed and views over the vineyards.
• Luxury light-weight alpaca quilts, premium pillows with a choice of the World’s Softest pillow and MiniJumbuk Breathe pillow.
• Premium quality hotel linen and towels provided.
• Luxurious main bathroom with large open shower and 2 shower heads, freestanding bath, hand-made soaps, body lotion, bath bubbles, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer.
• Television with Netflix and DVD player with a large selection of DVDs.
• Euro Fireplace and reverse cycle heating/cooling.
• Double glazed windows and French doors.
• House is serviced by solar and Tesla Powerwall and connected to the grid.
• Large deck and garden with deck chairs, outdoor lounge chairs and BBQ.
• Tandem car park at the house.

OUR PROPERTY

Our property is a working vineyard and winery with a cellar door that is open as specified on our website. There are times, when the activity levels and noise levels in the vineyard, winery and cellar door are greater than normal.  If you are concerned, please get in touch with us.

The busy harvest time starting late February to April offers a special experience but cannot be guaranteed. When booking the Vineyard House, the use of the property is restricted to the Vineyard House and its garden.

Due to the risk of spreading disease and for your safety, we cannot permit the access to the vineyards, winery and dams or pets. The cellar door area is accessible for our house guests during the stated opening hours and for special events.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. The following cancellation policy applies:

1. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 7 days before check-in.

2. If guests cancel between 2 and 6 days before check-in, we will refund 50% for all nights and services booked.

3. If guests cancel less than 2 days before check-in, no refund will be provided.

4. Transfer of bookings to a future date is possible after consultation. The booking transfer is applicable for 6 months from the original arrival date.
