Made from 50% chardonnay and 50% pinot noir and handcrafted in the traditional method of bottle fermentation, this finely beaded sparkling wine is going to impress with its persistent mousse. Generous time on lees has resulted in a dry wine with yeasty biscuit aromas that will further enhance with ageing.

Vinification: 5 years on lees prior disgorging
