Winning Reserve Wine
Produced only in exceptional years, the fruit has been selected from our hand tendered Shiraz vines rows 81 – 93. Careful fruit thinning prior veraison delivered a Shiraz with bright crimson red colour, concentrated and lively fruit flavours of plum and dark cherries with rich vanillin oak. Amazing length with good tannin structure. A wine that will develop beautifully with age.

Cellar: 10+ years
Vinification: Matured for 18 months in American barriques prior to release
Food: Beef bourguignon, classic hearty casserole dishes, goulash
