Harvested by hand, open fermented then matured for 16 months in the finest seasoned French oak barriques delivering aromas of cherry and raspberry with a delicious forward fruit style. The softened acidity makes this a perfect food wine for a great array of dishes.

Vinification: Small batch fermentation, grapes from our old sangiovese block and the new hillside vineyard
