White with a difference
Fruit for this new white wine was harvested on March 16, 2020 followed by barrel fermentation and regular lees stirring for 18 months. The result is a rich, creamy and textured white (= Blanc) wine with a hint of toast (= Fumé). Serve slightly chilled.
