OUR NEWCOMER
A well-made rosé like any good wine starts its journey in the vineyard. Our 2024 Sedona Estate Rosé is made from hand-picked estate shiraz fruit. A 12-hour skin soak delivers a light salmon-pink hue with a floral arrangement of wildflowers and rose petal; the palate has distinct shiraz fruit forwardness with a citrus crisp dry finish. Best enjoyed slightly chilled and in its youth.
Alcohol: 13%
Cellar: drink now slightly chilled
Vinification: crushed and soaked on shiraz fruit skins for 12 hours, then settled to a clear juice
Food: Canapes, smoked trout, salmon or ocean trout dishes, chilli & garlic prawns
