As distinctive as the historic Cheviot Tunnel is to our picturesque valley, so is this prime example of central Victorian cool climate Rosé. This wine is made from our estate Merlot fruit, the winemaker likes to call it White Merlot. This Rosé shows lifted rose petal & peach aromas and is best served chilled.
Cellar: drink now slightly chilled
Vinification: crushed and soaked on Merlot fruit skins for 24 hours, then settled to a clear juice
