DRY AND ELEGANT
Crafted from hand-picked Shiraz harvested on 27 March, the fruit was whole-bunch pressed and cold fermented to preserve the floral aromatics that define the Sedona Estate Rose. A beautifully dry style, it reveals vibrant cherry and raspberry flavours with a crisp, refreshing finish. Best enjoyed in its youth, slightly chilled.
Alcohol: 12.5%
Vinification: whole bunch pressed, cold fermented for 10 days
Food: Canapes, salmon or ocean trout dishes, chilli & garlic prawns
