Produced only in exceptional years, the fruit has been selected from our oldest vines planted in 1998. This Reserve wine is a pure expression of a balanced and elegant Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2021 vintage delivered awesome fruit lift and well-structured tannins. It’s a well-balanced red wine with amazing length.

Vinification: 24 months maturation in the finest French oak barriques
Food: eye fillet with potato gratin, porterhouse steak
