Like all winemakers, Paul loves smelling and sampling his wines. Follow the breadcrumbs of empty wine glasses and you are bound to find the winemaker at work!

Paul has an addiction to 2-minute noodles. Hard to believe for someone with such a refined palate😉. His stash takes up a large pull out draw in the lab (which is no longer safe from the apprentice!).

He is an awesome winemaker and has many female shiraz followers. One lady is even considering taking an insurance out for Paul 😂.
