Degustation Lunch at Mercer’s Restaurant
Join us for a stellar culinary luncheon at Mercer’s Restaurant in Eltham on Sunday, 26 July at 12pm!
For this special wine luncheon, Stephen Mercer has curated an amazing 6-course degustation menu with appetisers and signature pops and cigars being revealed on the day!
You will be treated to delectable flavours of edible art paired with new and reserve wines grown and made in Murrindindi. Of course, we will be there, and Paul will take you on an entertaining wine excursion.
The last barrel of the 2024 Fumé Blanc will be released on the day. Sedona Estate’s unique Fumé Rouge will be served chilled with Mercer’s chicken & sweetcorn soup. And of course, we will be showcasing our recent international Gold and Silver winners at this wine luncheon.
