It’s time to rollout our event calendar for spring 2024!

With every season change, I have the same dilemma. When does spring start? In Australia, we follow the meteorological seasonal system making the first day of spring the 1 September.

But of course, this is not a global rule. Europe and the US, for example, follow the astronomical season convention. Things are getting more complicated now – the spring equinox occurs between the 20th and 23rd of September. This year spring starts on Sunday, 22nd September.

This is also the first day of our Foodie Calendar! Watch out for the email invitation to this year’s Degustation Wine Luncheon at Mercer’s Restaurant!

The Italian Feast 2024

After many repeated requests from locals, this November will see the comeback of The Italian Feast celebration at Sedona Estate!

On Sunday, 10th November we will open our winery doors for this popular foodie event. We are working closely with Ange from My little Country Kitchen to develop a scrumptious 4-course Italian Lunch Menu that is best shared with groups of 4 or more.

Watch out for the invitation in late September!

The Longest Tasting 2024

Our spring event calendar will conclude with the Longest Tasting on Saturday, 30 November, which coincides with the last day of the meteorological spring calendar! This Wine Club exclusive event was inaugurated in 2012 and has grown in size and content every year.

22nd September Degustation Wine Luncheon at Mercer’s Restaurant

10th November The Italian Feast at Sedona Estate Winery

30th November The Longest Tasting with the Sedona Wine Club

Note that we can’t take any bookings yet for the Wine Luncheon at Mercer’s Restaurant and The Italian Feast.
